Job Title: Content Moderator – Non-Voice Process (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Hyderabad Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Week Offs: Two consecutive days off per week (may vary once a month)

Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Content Moderators. This role is part of our Non-Voice Process team and involves reviewing and moderating digital content to ensure alignment with platform policies. You will be responsible for evaluating image and text content across various websites, identifying sensitive materials, and maintaining brand safety.

  • Review and verify images and content against specified websites.
  • Ensure content meets company and platform guidelines.
  • Identify and flag non-family-safe or sensitive material.
  • Evaluate brand names and website details for compliance.
  • Categorize and rate content based on predefined standards.
  • Maintain neutrality and objectivity while reviewing varied content types.
