What You’ll Do in This Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier service to American Express Card Members. You’ll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls in a structured, fast-paced environment — always with a “Customer First” mindset.

Deliver outstanding customer support with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
Understand Card Members’ needs and provide tailored solutions to strengthen loyalty and satisfaction.
Recommend relevant card benefits and offers that add value to the customer’s experience.
Handle inquiries related to accounts, transactions, payments, rewards, and card replacements.
Use internal systems efficiently to resolve issues and ensure first-contact resolution.
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs including quality, compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Additional Information
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work during U.S. business hours, including weekends.
Hybrid Work Model: In-office presence required three days per week.
