Manage and execute onboarding workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Use platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, and Asana to track and manage onboarding progress.
Partner with global teams to resolve onboarding challenges and assist in new product implementations.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while handling multiple priorities.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain clear and concise written communication for internal updates and documentation.
Toast hiring Qualifications & Skills Required
2 to 4 years of experience in backend customer support, onboarding, or operational support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Hands-on experience with CRM and ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA.
Strong written communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities.
Willingness to work night shifts, including UK/US rotational hours.
