We are seeking a part-time Flight Expert to join our remote customer service team at MakeMyTrip. In this role, you’ll support customers with their flight bookings, address queries, and deliver high-quality service experiences. Your main focus will be on driving sales and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey.MakeMyTrip hiring Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight bookings via calls or digital platforms.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with complete focus on conversion.
- Ensure quick follow-ups and cross-functional coordination to address issues.
- Resolve complaints within set timelines to maintain high NPS (Net Promoter Score).
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Follow all operational protocols and maintain process discipline.
MakeMyTrip hiring Basic Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: At least 6 months in a travel or sales role.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- A customer-first attitude with strong sales acumen.
MakeMyTrip hiring Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System) is a plus.
- Good with numbers and basic calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Prior work experience in the travel, airline, or sales industry is an advantage.
Compensation:
