Jharkhand Teaching and nonteaching Vacancy 2025 Vacant Positions and Eligibility
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 15 positions. The available roles include:
Full-Time Teachers: Positions are open for teachers of Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Social Science, Physical Education, and Computer.
Educational Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant subject is mandatory for most teaching positions. For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and differently-abled candidates, a 5% relaxation in marks is applicable.
Professional Qualifications: A B.Ed. or an equivalent two-year diploma in elementary education from a recognized institution is required.
Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET): JTET qualification is compulsory for teachers of Hindi, Mathematics, Science (Biology and Chemistry), and Social Education. However, it is not required for teachers of English, Science (Physics and Mathematics), Computer, and Physical Education.
Non-Teaching Staff: The vacancies also include positions for a full-time accountant, support staff (orderly and night guard), a head cook, and an assistant cook.
Accountant: Candidates must have a B.Com (Honors) degree with at least 50% marks, and a one-year computer course diploma like PGDCA or DCA. Knowledge of Tally software and typing in both Hindi and English is also essential.
Support Staff: A matriculation pass from a recognized institution is the required qualification.

Jharkhand Teaching and nonteaching Vacancy 2025 Salary and Other Terms
The positions are on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance.
- Salary:
- Full-time teachers: ₹15,840 per month.
- Accountants: ₹11,880 per month.
- Head Cook: ₹7,200 per month.
- Assistant Cook: ₹5,400 per month.
- Support Staff: ₹6,000 per monthAnnual Increment: An annual salary increase of ₹250 for teachers and ₹150 for other staff will be provided upon contract extension.
Age Limit: The minimum age for applicants is 21 years. The maximum age is 35 for unreserved categories, 38 for unreserved female candidates, and 40 for ST (male and female) candidates.
Residential Requirement: All selected staff members, including teachers, accountants, and other non-teaching staff, are required to reside on the school premises.
