3. JPSC Non-Teaching Staff Eligibility Criteria: Qualifications and Experience

- Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

- Alternatively, comparable experience in research establishments or other institutions of higher education, or 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as a Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post, is acceptable.
- Deputy Registrar:
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- Experience: Nine years of experience as an Assistant Professor (Academic Level 10 or higher) with experience in educational administration.

4. JPSC Non-Teaching Staff Vacancy Selection Process
The selection process is based on a merit list, followed by document verification and an interview. The process involves two stages:
- Stage I: Preliminary Merit List and Shortlisting:
- A preliminary merit list will be prepared based on the information provided in the online application.
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on this list, and a provisional list of eligible candidates will be published.
- Stage II: Certificate Verification and Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and an interview.
- The interview will be conducted by a board constituted by the JPSC.
- The final merit list will be prepared by adding the marks from educational qualifications and the interview.
Marking Scheme:
- Educational Qualification: A maximum of 100 marks will be awarded based on the percentage obtained in Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, and Post-Graduation. The marks are calculated using a specific formula (e.g., Matric percentage, Post Graduation percentage).
- Interview: A maximum of 100 marks will be awarded for the interview.
