About the Role – FinCrime Phone Support Specialist
Our Financial Crime Operations (FinCrime) team plays a critical role in protecting our customers and their money. As a Customer Support Specialist within FinCrime, you’ll be the first line of contact for Revolut customers — delivering high-quality assistance via phone, chat, and support platforms.
This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about fighting financial crime, while also delivering “WOW” customer service.

Revolut Hiring Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier customer support through phone, chat, and other digital channels
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while resolving customer queries
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to investigate and resolve financial crime-related cases
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support and fraud prevention processes
Accurately document case outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance in communication
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification
1–5 years of phone-based customer support experience
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to simplify complex issues for customers with ease and empathy
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Self-driven with strong time-management and organizational skills
Passionate about resolving issues at the first point of contact
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Revolut Hiring Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in banking, fintech, or financial crime prevention
Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and regulatory frameworks
Experience using CRM or support tools in a fast-paced tech environment
