RRC NWR Apprentice Selection Process

The selection for the RRC NWR Apprentice posts will be based on a merit list, and there will be no written examination or interview.

1. Merit List Preparation: The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in their Matriculation (10th) exam and their ITI course in the relevant trade. The panel will be determined by the simple average of the percentage of marks in the 10th and ITI.
2. Tie-breaking Rule: In case two candidates have the same marks, the older candidate will be preferred. If the dates of birth are also the same, the candidate who passed the matriculation exam earlier will be considered first.
3. Document Verification and Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted in the merit list will be called for document verification and a medical examination at their respective chosen Divisions/Units.

Aspirants must submit their application forms online through the official RRC Jaipur website before the closing date.

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official RRC Jaipur portal, www.rrcjaipur.in.
2. Find the Link: Look for the link titled “ONLINE / E-Application” under the Apprentice (04/2025) notification.
3. New Registration: Click on the “New Registration” link and fill in the required basic details, including your Aadhaar number, email ID, and mobile number, to generate a registration number.
4. Fill Application Form: Log in using your registration details and fill in the detailed application form with personal, educational, and technical qualification information, ensuring all details are accurate.
5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the required documents, including the 10th mark sheet, ITI certificate, age proof, photograph, and signature, as per the specified format and size.
