As a Junior Tech in our Airport IT team, your core responsibilities will include:- Maintenance & Troubleshooting of:
- CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing Systems)
- CUSS (Common Use Self-Service)
- BRS (Baggage Reconciliation Systems)
- Real-time Incident Handling: Identify, analyze, and resolve system faults quickly.
- Monitoring IT Infrastructure: Servers, LAN/WAN networks, system dashboards, and performance logs.
- System Updates: Implement software patches, configuration updates, and preventive maintenance routines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT hardware/software, shift logs, and compliance checklists.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Shift-in-Charge and Site Managers to maintain SLA standards.
🎓 RTX Hiring Required Qualifications
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or M.Sc. (Electronics/Computer Science) OR
- Diploma in Electronics/Computer Hardware with 2–5 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in aviation or airport systems.
- Strong working knowledge of airport IT systems: CUPPS, CUSS, BRS.
- Proficient in network administration, server maintenance, and hardware diagnostics.
- Experience with monitoring tools and IT compliance processes.
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
- ITIL Foundation
