EPFO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory for both posts.
  • For the APFC post, a diploma in Company Law, Labor Laws, or Public Administration is a desirable qualification.

EPFO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection for these posts is a two-stage process:

1. Recruitment Test (RT): This will be an offline, objective-type test with 120 multiple-choice questions.The test carries a total of 300 marks. There will be a negative marking of one-third of the marks for each incorrect answer.
2. Interview: Candidates who qualify the RT will be called for an interview. The interview carries 100 marks.

The final merit list will be prepared based on a 75:25 weightage, with 75% given to the Recruitment Test and 25% to the Interview.

The syllabus for both EO/AO and APFC posts is largely similar, with some variations. It covers a wide range of subjects, including:
